Our unit is composed of 10 apartments-Studios
and rooms on the first and second floor of two-storied
buildings, in a garden with citrus-fruits and flowers.
They are composed of autonomous areas and independent
roofed verandas which view towards the garden and
the bright-green from the olive-trees slopes of
the mountain. Flood by the coolness of the trees
and the music of the nightingales. It is 50m from
the beach and that is an advantage not only being
near the sea, but also far away from the noise of
the summer visitors and the unbearable midday and
evening heat (the village has west direction, as
a result too many hours of sun). On the contrary,
in the evening gives a fantastic sunset, one of
the best in Greece. Also it is situated in the most
cool place of Milina, because it is very close to
the ravine which brings the coolness from Aegean
Sea.

| Milina is a village in the S. Pelion, coastal on
the Pagasitiko bay, with western direction spread
on an enormous beach-agali towards the seashore.
It combines mountain and sea. There you can swim,
fish, do sea-sports, walk on the bright-green slopes,
have fun in the bars on the beach, to enjoy the
sea and the sun. The sea is offered also for small
kids, because of its swallow waters and the sandy
bottom. There is also possibility to rent pleasure
crafts. Milina is a nature port where find leeward
small ships and fishing-boats as well as yachts
of the company Sun Sail. |
|
| Milina is situated just 50km from Volos, the capital
city of the country of Magnisia, and 75km from the airport
of N. Agchialou. To reach somebody the city of Volos must
follow the traditional road passing a line of smaller
communities. After Afisso rises towards Argalasti, and
afterwards comes towards the sea climbing down the side
of the mountain. The route is picturesque with many landscape
changes, all year seasons. Milina has the advantage to
be to close to other villages and beaches of Aegean Sea
and Pagasitikos bay. That’s why there is the availability
for the visitors, to visit daily different places, mountainous
and coastal such as: Lafkos, Plomiri, Platanias, Trikeri,
Chorto, Argalisti, Siki, Metochi, Neochori, Milies, Mikro
Kastro, Vromoneri, Liri, Muria, Theologos, Melani, Potistika,
Murtsitsa, Potoki and many others. |
